Eastern Province Christmas Party 2023

You are cordially invited to the 2023 Sigma Chi Eastern Province Christmas Party. We seek to elevate this yea's festivities at the Tower Club in Tysons, Virginia. Please join us in celebrating our brotherhood for a night of fun!

This year’s event will feature a meal following a cocktail reception. While the event will have cash bar, we will be providing your first 4 drinks with Dinner. We will also host a White Elephant Gift Exchange (rules to follow) as well as collecting toys for the Toys for Tots campaign. We will have holiday music and dancing following Dinner.

Pay it forward

By making a donation(s) of $50, you can help sponsor an undergraduate ticket. With yours and other donations, we are able to defray the cost to undergraduate Brothers.

Thanks to the enormous generosity of our alumni, last year we were able to accommodate every undergraduate that requested a seat at no cost to the undergrads! We hope to minimize costs for students this year as well. Please consider sponsoring an undergrad to attend!

Toys for Tots

Unfortunately, our gathering will be held past Toys for Tots' toy donation cutoff date. Please do not bring toys to the event. Toys For Tots has informed us that donations made with your ticket purchase (below) are not eligible for a receipt from the Toys for Tots foundation. We will also accept checks made payable to Marine Toys for Tots Foundation, but you may find it easier to donate directly for a tax-deductible donation.

All donors will be recognized during the event.

White Elephant

We hope that everyone will participate in the white elephant gift exchange. The more, the merrier! Please read below for the guidelines.

  • To remain accessible to all, we ask that gifts be around $25 with a hard cap of $50
  • Entrants will place their gifts (wrapped, please) on the marked table at arrival and take a ticket to play, later in the night
